Quality Assurance: Aljawahir Company ensures that all products adhere to internationally recognized standards, meticulously detailing coatings, dimensions, and tolerances to uphold product integrity. Measurement and weight specifications are clearly communicated to align with industry expectations.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required in advance. The final invoice amount is adjusted based on the precise measurements and weight of the products delivered.
  3. Quantity Flexibility: Aljawahir Company allows for variation in the total quantity delivered, offering flexibility in order fulfillment to accommodate varying client needs.
  4. Weight Adjustments: Final invoicing is adjusted according to the actual dimensions and weight of the products received, ensuring accuracy in billing.
  5. Shipping Instructions: Detailed shipping instructions, including origin and destination ports, are provided. An allowance for quantity variation is included to address logistical challenges that may arise.
  6. Financial Transactions: Necessary information for making payments is furnished, including bank details and currency, to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
  7. Withholding Taxes: Aljawahir Company acknowledges that certain countries may apply withholding taxes on invoices as per their internal legislation. Any such withholding at source is the responsibility of the client, and Aljawahir Company is not liable for costs associated with a country's legislation.
  8. Service Commitment: Aljawahir Company pledges to deliver high-quality services within agreed timeframes. While every effort is made to meet expectations, it is understood that obligations do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  9. Liability: Aljawahir Company cannot be compelled by the client to appear as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
